UK Delivery

All QARLE orders are dispatched within 1 working day of being placed. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery is estimated at 2–8 working days depending on your location within the UK.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel's journey directly with the courier.

If you haven't received your tracking email within 2 working days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@qarle.co.uk.

Returns

We offer a 30-day returns policy on all products. If you're not completely satisfied, return your item in its original condition and packaging for a full refund. All products also carry a 1-year manufacturer's guarantee against defects.
